SB Records was created as the independent home of ShaneyB and the music that comes from a lifetime of experiences, memories, people and moments.
Music has always been more than entertainment. A song can take you back to a particular place, a particular person or a moment you thought you had forgotten. Those connections are at the heart of everything released through SB Records.
The idea behind the label is simple: create music because there is a story worth telling, not because it needs to fit neatly into one genre or follow whatever happens to be popular at the time.
That freedom allows each project to find its own sound. Pop, rock, electronic and cinematic influences can all exist alongside one another because the story comes first.
SB Records is independent by choice, personal by nature and driven by the belief that music does not need permission to mean something.

THE RELEASES
Every release begins somewhere.
For SB Records, the music comes from real experiences, memories and moments that stayed long enough to become songs. Some look back. Some come from people who changed the course of a life. Others come from the moments that test us, the ones that ask whether we stand still or find a way forward.
These are the releases that tell that story.
FIRST EDITION
First Edition was where it began. An 18 track album shaped by different chapters of life, bringing together songs about relationships, friendships, memories, loss, connection and the people whose influence stays with us.
It was never meant to sound like one particular genre. Each song was allowed to become what its story needed it to be.
The result became the first chapter of SB Records, and the starting point for everything that followed.
KEEP STANDING
Keep Standing is a 3 track release that moves the story forward.
It comes from those periods in life when things change, plans disappear and the only real choice is what you do next.At its heart is resilience.
Not pretending difficult moments never happened, but recognising them, carrying what they taught you and continuing forward.
ECLIPSE: WE ALL RISE
Eclipse: We All Rise is a 6 track EP that takes that journey somewhere bigger.
It explores hope, connection, strength and the idea that even when life becomes darker, it does not mean the light has gone.
It is another chapter in the same story, but seen from a different place.
