ABOUT FIRST EDITION

Thank you for stepping into the world of First Edition, the debut album from ShaneyB and SB Records.

First Edition is more than an album to me. It’s a collection of real moments that have shaped who I am. Every track started with an experience, a memory or a lesson, and I took the time to make sure each one felt right.

My hope is that somewhere in these songs you’ll find a piece of your own story too. I think we’re all searching for the same thing. A place to belong, and people who make it feel like home.

At the heart of this project is a belief that family is not only defined by blood, but also by the people who choose to stand beside us through life’s highs and lows.

First Edition is a celebration of those connections, the chosen family, the shared moments, and the music that brings us together.

I’m grateful for everyone who has supported this journey so far. I hope these songs offer connection, comfort, energy, and a reminder that none of us are truly alone.

ABOUT KEEP STANDING

Keep Standing is about what happens after life knocks you down.

There are times when moving forward does not mean having everything figured out. Sometimes it simply means finding the strength to get through another day, take another step, and refuse to stay down.

The song comes from that place. It is about resilience, rebuilding and recognising that strength does not always look the way we expect it to.

Keep Standing will be released in three versions, each telling the same story from a different perspective.
